Warranty Policy for Sunidra & Ruby range of mattresses.

Terms & Conditions

Sunidra & Ruby Mattresses are covered by a 2 to 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defects occur during the first year, the mattress will be replaced or repaired. A prorated warranty will be applied during successive years of warranty.

  • Warranty will be available only in case of product failure due to manufacturing defects.
  • Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of the mattress.
  • Reduction in thickness of core ≥20 mm will be considered as sagging.
  • Warranty will not be applicable to the wear and tear of the cover and stitching from regular use.
  • Warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an authorized Sunidra Dealer or from any authorized e commerce website.
  • Warranty doesn’t cover on abusive usage of the product.
  • Contact Sunidra customer care in case of any product failure. The contact details used at the time of warranty registration should be provided while registering a complaint.
  • Warranty will be made through product being replaced with identical product. If identical product is not available at the time of product failure, a similar substitute of equal or higher value will be provided or a refund will be provided as per the terms and conditions.
  • The final decision of the Warranty will be made by Eastern mattresses Pvt Ltd.
  • All disputes, if any subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.

Warranty Calculation

While we endeavour to provide the greatest possible user experience for all of our customers, we recognise that there might arise a situation when you will have to claim warranty. Here is how the process works:

Consider you bought a Sunidra/Ruby mattress with 5 years warranty for Rs 25,000

 

  • If any defect arises in the first year, we will have the product replaced or repaired.
  • If the defect arises after 2 years of use, a pro-rata money back guarantee is applicable for balance 3 years. It means that the pro-rata value in rupees will be offered as a discount for a new mattress purchase from Sunidra/Ruby of equivalent or higher value. It is calculated as follows:

25000/5*3= Rs. 15,000/- (the discount amount for the new Sunidra mattress)

In case you come across any problem while using our product, we recommend that you refer the product warranty details on your warranty policy.
